A note on why this exists

Do I need to write the facts myself?

What happens when the AI credits run out?
Nothing stops. The layout engine has no counter and never had one — you keep building books forever on the one payment. Credits only apply to the optional fact-drafting assistant inside the app. And you are never stuck for facts. ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude all have free tiers that will write you a list in seconds, and the Studio reads a numbered list copied straight out of any of them — exactly as it comes, no reformatting. Here is a prompt that works: Write 120 surprising-but-true facts about octopuses. Number every fact. One fact per line. Each fact must be a single sentence, under 200 characters, and verifiable. No introduction, no commentary — just the numbered list. Swap “octopuses” for any corner of life you like — Ancient Rome, deep-sea creatures, your own town. Paste the result into the Studio and the book builds itself the same way.
Is this an "AI book writer"?
No, and that is the point. Plenty of tools hand you text and leave you the hard part. This is the hard part: the design step, done in one click.
Will the files pass KDP review?
Margins, bleed, gutter and spine are built to KDP's published specification, and the app refuses to export a book that would be rejected — under 24 pages, for example — and tells you why. It cannot promise a reviewer's decision, but it removes the failures that are yours to control.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in your browser on Windows, macOS or ChromeOS. The layout engine runs on your own computer, which is why there is no per-book fee — and why your book files never leave your machine.
