1. The product

Fact Book Studio is a browser-based layout tool that turns a list of facts into a print-ready interior PDF, a full-wrap cover PDF and a metadata sheet for self-publishing platforms such as Amazon KDP. Access is delivered as an online account created automatically after purchase through WarriorPlus.

2. Licence & accounts

Your purchase grants one personal, non-transferable account for your own publishing business. You may publish and sell an unlimited number of books you create with the service, under your own name or pen names, with nothing owed to us. You may not share, resell or lease your account, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to produce content that violates any marketplace's policies or applicable law.

The optional Publisher Licence tier additionally permits building books for paying clients (formatting as a service). It does not permit reselling access to the application itself.

3. What is unlimited, and what is metered

• Book layouts and exports are unlimited and are never metered. The layout engine runs in your own browser, so building a book costs us nothing and there is no per-book counter.
• AI drafting and AI cover art are metered by credits included with your purchase or upgrade. Credits are a usage allowance, not a currency: they carry no cash value, are not redeemable, and are not transferable between accounts. One-time credit pools do not expire; subscription credits are granted per billing cycle.

4. AI-generated content

The service can draft fact lists and paint cover artwork using third-party AI models. You are the publisher of record for everything you export: you are responsible for reviewing and verifying content before publication — AI drafts can contain factual errors — and for completing any AI-content declarations required by the marketplaces you publish to, including Amazon KDP's AI disclosure. Output is provided "as is" and will usually require editing.

5. Subscriptions

The Niche Vault Club is billed monthly through WarriorPlus until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your own WarriorPlus account. Cancelling stops future vault refreshes and future credit grants; credits already granted to your account remain yours.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. The Service and every upgrade are digital products delivered instantly — your account and licence unlock the moment payment completes — and for that reason purchases cannot be returned or refunded. Recurring subscriptions (the Niche Vault Club) can be cancelled at any time from your WarriorPlus account, which stops all future billing; payments already made are not refunded. 7. Uptime & changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve; we will not remove a capability you paid for without a comparable replacement.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the commercial performance of books you publish.
