When you purchase, WarriorPlus sends us your name and email address so we can create your account and email your login details. On our server we store your licence record (email, licence key, which upgrades you own, credit balance and status) and standard technical logs.
This is the part worth reading twice: the books you build are not uploaded to us. Your fact lists, book settings, covers and generated PDFs are created and stored by the app in your own browser's local storage, on your own machine. We cannot read them, we do not back them up, and clearing your browser data will delete them — so keep your exported files somewhere safe.
If you use the optional AI features, the text you submit for a draft (your topic or prompt) and cover-art descriptions are sent to third-party AI providers via OpenRouter, processed under their data policies, and the result is returned to your browser. We do not use your prompts or your books to train models. If you never use the AI features, nothing you write is ever sent anywhere.
We send transactional email only: your welcome message with login details, and replies to support requests. No marketing email is sent from the app.
The app does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser's local storage to remember your licence so you stay signed in, to hold your book library, and to remember interface preferences such as which guides you have collapsed.
Your licence record is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and the data associated with it, email thuthao07082002@gmail.com from your registered address and we will complete the deletion within 30 days. Deleting the books stored in your browser is entirely under your control.
Payments are handled by WarriorPlus and its payment processors. We never see or store your card or PayPal credentials.
